DATA CAPTURE AND RETENTION
The map images in the Data are not real time. Rather, they reflect only the moment in time our image capture vehicles drove past the applicable location.
After we collect images, we process them before making the images (as Data) available to our users. We process the images in a number of ways, including by using commercially reasonable efforts to blur faces and license plates and anonymize any personal information we detect (via both manual and automated methods). After processing and verification, we do not retain or use the original imagery except as necessary to comply with applicable law or to use to improve the Platform.
If you see an image that requires additional processing to maintain the privacy of any individual, please notify us using the contact functionality on the Platform or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
